New edition to the neighborhood that was needed! I had a hard time finding the menu online, so i thought I’d share it here because it’s a great menu! Love healthy smoothie options especially prior or post gym when I’m in a rush. The smoothies are actually healthy and filling. They’re honestly really big too! The ambiance inside was beautiful, and seemed like a good place to chill and hang out for a while! The workers were warm and welcoming which was a breath of fresh air. They also have a punch card, always gotta love that!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE. The moment we walked through the door, the owner, Nancy, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She explained the menu to us and happily answered our many questions. We ended up chatting a lot about her story and motivation behind the store. She's truly dedicated to creating healthy protein-rich options. Her shakes have 250 calories, 24 grams of protein, and 9 grams of natural sugars. The menu is expansive and diverse, with tons of fun flavors, and she was able to make accommodations and customizations as well. Do not miss this amazing spot while in Humboldt Park or Chicago.

What a gorgeous energy from the space, proprietor, and patrons. The art is gorgeous, the food is high vibe and delicious and amazingly plant-based, and the seating area is open and fosters gathering and community. I stopped in here after getting a tattoo this morning at Awaken Tattoo, needing gentle nourishment, and it’s everything I could have hoped for! I got a decadent Butter Pecan Ice Cream smoothie and I feel it’s completely the right space to integrate all of these nutrients into my being. This is a Chicago destination spot!!

Always great to support local businesses. This is a new addition to the neighbourhood and currently serves healthy beverages. We got the chai protein coffee…I know sounds interesting but it was so delicious getting your protein and caffeine fix all at once. The owner, Nancy, was so friendly as well. Looking forward to visiting again soon and trying the other drinks.

One of my favorite waffles ever, aaand it has protein in it! Also love chai, and the coffee and chai with protein is super good too. Plus Nancy is the kindest human with such great positive healthy energy! You have to go!

What a wonderful spot to rest for a moment! The tea I chose was a hot cinnamon tea which promptly arrived shortly after I placed my order at the counter. The space a was very clean and well kept. You could feel the love they have for the quiet spot in every interaction. If I find my self of this side of Chicago again, I’ll be sure to stop in!
